THE MANIFESTED GLORY OF THE LORD
Dear Sons and Daughters of the Kingdom, I welcome you to Harvest Tabernacle – a dwelling place of God. I am glad that you are here to worship with us this morning. You have an opportunity to be planted in the house of the Lord and flourish in the courtyards of God. This is the season to be planted, established and be fruitful. Prepare your heart to walk in the MANIFESTED GLORY OF OUR LORD.
Hebrews 12:28-29 “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.”
2020 was a year that God of heaven began shaking everything men had built - Nations, Idols, Systems and Governments of this world. It is God who shakes the heavens and the earth, not the devil. God is doing the shaking, and He is doing it for a very great purpose described for us in the Scriptures. In reality, 2020 was a year of kingdom alignment to the plumb line of God. God by His Spirit was redefining, realigning and restructuring our lives to become pillars in the kingdom of God. God was shaking everything that could be shaken to bring things in the order of God so that what cannot be shaken may again become real and visible to men.
As the writer goes on to say, "Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken," he underscores one of the things that cannot be shaken today: the sovereignty of God and the kingdom of God. Out of this shaking God has brought forth a realization of the things which remain and which cannot be shaken because they are based upon the covenant of God, the decrees of the Creator of the heaven and the earth. Things that cannot be shaken is the reality of what is established by God and it is the true nature of the kingdom of God. Finally, It encouraging to see that Christians are finally beginning to realize that the important thing about the church is not the building program - but it is the movement of God’s authority and power in this earth.
This shaking has created room for God in our lives, our families and our churches. God has separated our dependence on all the idols that we had put our trust and confidence in. We have carried many unacceptable things that the Lord detested in our lives, still we have kept them and tried our best to carry them in the inner chamber of our lives. This shaking of God has exposed everything hidden in our lives, God has exposed all our idols and its strongholds.
2021 is a continuation of what all has already started in our lives to establish us in the promises and covenant of God. It is God who has begun a good work in you, If God has started it He will bring it into completion, it will be established and it will remain and bear fruit.
God’s promise for year 2021 for His people is to know His name and Experience His Manifested Glory.
Isaiah 42:8-9 I am the Lord, that is My name; And My glory I will not give to another, Nor My praise to carved images. Behold, the former things have come to pass, And new things I declare; Before they spring forth I tell you of them.”
2021 is a year to offer God acceptable worship. “It is time to come before God with purity and authenticity, that is what the acceptable worship of God is all about. "Let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire." He envelops life like a great flame, burning away -- either destroying us or purifying us. Love of God is a holy fire. The love of God, touching our lives, is either going to burn and destroy all the residue that is not of God’s DNA, break us apart in the shaking off from the false foundations, or it will steady us, strengthen us, establish us, and purify us, burning up the impurity in our lives.
2 Corinthians 3:18 “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
Expect the Manifested Glory of God in 2021! True expectation of God is the assurance and faith in what God has already done. You don't have to busy yourself to accomplish the business of God, just be still and behold His Glory!
